You'll also benefit from paid training and shadowing, a comprehensive induction program, ongoing support and supervision, and the opportunity to work flexible hours to suit your lifestyle and availability.
In addition to your hourly rate, you'll be eligible for our refer-a-friend scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and benefits and well-being platform. We believe in recognizing and rewarding our staff for their hard work and dedication, and we're committed to supporting your personal and professional development.

We don't require any prior experience in social care, but we do need someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and able to work effectively with vulnerable adults. If you have a caring nature and are willing to learn and develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you.
