Waterways Asset Coordinator

The Canal & River Trust is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our waterway network, which spans over 2,000 miles across England and Wales. We're looking for a skilled individual to lead our volunteering programme.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of volunteers in delivering works safely and efficiently.
- Analyse the needs of our waterways to inform programme development.
- Coordinate resources, including staff, vehicles, and equipment, to support volunteer work.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety throughout all project activities.
- Proven experience in manual/construction/outdoor work.
- Familiarity with countryside practices and vegetation management can be beneficial.
- A current UK driving license is mandatory.
- Salary: £31,220 per annum (inclusive of £4,000 Inner London Allowance).
- A contributory pension scheme.

This role comes with a competitive salary, with an estimated annual salary of around £31,220, based on national averages and job requirements.
