**Key Responsibilities**
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in Leeds or York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generating new business and building long-term relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Identifying new business opportunities and generating new leads
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting to senior management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• A strong understanding of the insurance industry and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong business development and sales skills
