Business Development Specialist

Job Overview:
To strengthen the Sales and Marketing function and build relationships with client companies.
Main Tasks & Job Activities:
- Deliver a consultative sales experience to prospects and customers across business products and services.
- Achieve personal sales targets across Business products.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations using media and techniques to achieve successful outcomes.
- Maintain regular interventions with prospects and customers, recording all contact in the CRM.
- Manage personal pipeline of opportunities to achieve personal objectives and contribute to team targets.
- Develop business proposals for prospects and carry out sales meetings.
- Gather and share intelligence to support business planning.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers, and the general public.
- Adhere to policies and procedures relating to health and safety and quality management.
- Arrange and participate in meetings, team events, and open days.
- Organise and assist with events, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
