Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Prestige Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and candidates, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them;
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Drive sales growth through effective business development and marketing activities;
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the recruitment market and industry trends;
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies;
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition;
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the recruitment industry;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share knowledge with the team.
