Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Prestige Recruitment Specialists in Hull City Centre. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new and innovative ways to engage with the recruitment market, managing your own client base, and building solid working relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Construction and Engineering industry.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and efficient placement of candidates.
- Attend networking events, recruitment fairs, and other industry events to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients and candidates.
- Work closely with our team to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI and financial targets.
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service, preferably in the Construction and Engineering industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- High level of spoken and written English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Full driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
- Competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum + bonus.
