Business Development Manager

Our client, a specialist manufacturer of steel security doors, is seeking a self-motivated and results-driven individual to join their team as a Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development and sales growth in a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
