The Opportunity

We are seeking a Client Growth Specialist to join our team at Pertemps Bond in Hull.

You will become a part of a leading insurance broker seeing impressive growth across the country.

You will be supported to reach your full potential, helping the branch grow even bigger, with promising progression pathways being unlocked as you go.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building a successful client base of new business and supporting existing client renewals
  • Providing insurance quotations and solutions for problems any clients may face
  • Adding to the growth of the branch by highlighting any areas of improvement and driving cost reductions throughout the company

The Ideal Candidate

  • An outgoing personality with the ability to communicate efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders
  • A thorough understanding of the UK insurance market
  • A commercial mind, good judgement, and self-motivation
  • The ability to digest diverse client needs and industry-specific risks while managing time effectively and working well under pressure to meet deadlines
