Job DescriptionThe Transportation Coordinator will drive Schlegel Villages' Village Bus or Van to transport residents on various outings.
They will collaborate with Recreation Team Members to plan and execute resident outings, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
The successful candidate will also adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to transportation.
Key Requirements:- Valid commercial driver's license (Class B or higher) with a good driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Salary: $70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
