Key Responsibilities

This Administrative Support Position requires a highly organised and efficient individual who can provide administrative support to our team. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and colleagues
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality
  • Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly.
