Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations and Strategy to join our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth, establishing policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision, and leading and managing the operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the executive team to set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
- Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the sports betting industry.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Strong background in operations management, preferably within the sports betting or online gaming industry.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
