As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their queries and concerns via telephone and email. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments and passing calls on to internal colleagues when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of literacy and numeracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous customer service experience is highly desirable, as is good IT literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programmes (Teams, Outlook).

We offer a competitive salary of £11,500 per annum, based on a 20-hour working week, as well as full training provided and a great team environment.
