The Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Specialist to join their First Point of Contact Centre. As part of this dynamic team, you will be the first point of contact for individuals in need of mental health support, providing a vital lifeline during times of crisis.

With a strong background in mental health or related areas, you will possess the necessary skills and experience to effectively triage referrals, assess risk, and direct individuals to the most appropriate service. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that those who need it most receive the support they require.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of colleagues, including Senior Mental Health Practitioners, Call Handlers, and students, under the supervision of experienced senior colleagues. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge while contributing to the development of the service.
