Customer Service Manager Position

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead our team of 22 customer service agents in North Manchester. This is a 12-month contract opportunity that offers a challenging and rewarding experience for the right candidate.
The successful applicant will have a proven background as a Customer Service Manager in a products-based business, strong organisational skills, and the ability to view customer service through a commercial lens.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of 22 customer service agents, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Oversee customer interactions across delivery, after-sales, and warranty queries.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Champion a people-led approach, balancing customer satisfaction with commercial insight.
**Requirements:**
- A proven background as a Customer Service Manager in a products-based business.
- A natural leader who can engage, motivate, and develop teams.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to implement and refine processes.
- The ability to view customer service through a commercial lens.
**What We Offer:**
- An attractive estimated salary of £50,000 per annum.
- A £10,000 completion bonus for staying the full 12-month period.
