We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Office Manager to join our team at Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Legal Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of legal services to the Trust.
Main Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Trust lawyers, including file management, coordination of payments, and diary management.
- Work closely with the Legal Team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of legal services.
- Manage general office procedures to ensure processes and duties in the Legal Team offices work efficiently, safely, and in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Significant specialist experience in the management of legal administration, preferably from an in-house team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with external solicitors and stakeholders.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, with a strong attention to detail.
