About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM & Database Executive to join our team at Premier Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer journey by leveraging data effectively and collaborating with our Marketing Team, Franchise & Service Managers, and third-party providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Management
    • Assist in maintaining and developing the marketing database, ensuring data accuracy, currency, and consistency.
    • Act as the primary contact for the marketing database, identifying opportunities for system improvements and data management enhancements.
    • Support staff in utilizing the database for business operations.
    • Efficiently handle CRM issues, including customer complaints and resolutions.
    • Undertake project work as required and contribute to management reports and metrics.
    • Visit dealerships within the group to provide proactive support and training on CRM and CCC systems.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR, and uphold best practices for data use and maintenance.
  • Marketing Support
    • Fulfill marketing requests related to campaigns, including data extractions, HTML creation, and Keyloop marketing setup, or liaising with third-party suppliers.
    • Assist in implementing a new customer journey process, from HTML creation to campaign setup.
  • Team Development
    • Participate in the ongoing development of the CRM team.
    • Engage fully in development reviews and contribute to team growth.
