About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Customer Experience IT Professional. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our students and staff, while collaborating with our IT Customer Service Team Leader and IT Services Business Partners to enhance existing services.

We aim to create a supportive environment for working carers within our college community, recognized by our Carer Confident Employer status. Our team includes accredited Mental Health First Aiders, providing support for colleague wellbeing and promoting a culture of mental health awareness.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT systems, and be able to identify trends and opportunities for improvement to ensure IT services continually meet expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service and technical support to our students and staff
  • Collaborate with the IT Customer Service Team Leader and IT Services Business Partners to enhance existing services
  • Work closely with all IT teams to develop an overall approach to support provision
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement to ensure IT services continually meet expectations
