Safety Expert Sought for Leading Recruitment Consultancy

Vanbrugh Group, a prominent player in the construction recruitment sector, is looking for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to contribute to their success. In this critical role, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain effective health and safety strategies.

Key Tasks:
  1. To create and manage Construction Phase Plans and Site Layout Plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  2. To conduct site audits and assess on-site performance.
  3. To develop and maintain comprehensive Health and Safety Files, coordinating with site teams and sub-contractors.
  4. To document and report accidents, near misses, and other incidents.
  5. To facilitate regular Health and Safety Review Meetings.

A minimum of a NEBOSH qualification or equivalent is required, along with extensive experience in health and safety within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of current legislation and regulations is essential.
