Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Experience Specialist to join our team at Best Buy Health. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing unified physical and digital healthcare solutions to enable care at home.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, supply chain, and QA/RA, to deliver exceptional user experiences through our services and supporting products. As a Healthcare Experience Specialist, you will support the team's effort in increasing scalability of our current product offering and make a direct impact on our products, packaging, and design language.

The ideal candidate will have a BSC/BEng/BA or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Industrial Design, Product Design, or Design Engineering. You should have experienced 3D CAD users - 1 year+ of commercial experience and experience in a regulated industry and working to recognized standards (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 9001).

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide generous benefits that address your total well-being and provide support as you need it, especially during key moments in your life.

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
