Day Services Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Day Services Coordinator to join our Adult Social Care team at Gloucestershire County Council.
As a Day Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling and dignified lives. You will work closely with management and other professionals to develop care plans and risk assessments, and provide personal care and support to individuals as needed.
You will be responsible for encouraging individuals to participate in sessions and activities, and for developing and maintaining relationships with parents, carers, and other professionals. You will also be required to administer medication and provide support with daily living tasks.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about enhancing the lives of people with learning disabilities, and who is committed to providing high-quality care and support. You will need to have a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with learning disabilities, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
