About the Role

As a Day Services Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of adults with learning disabilities within our supportive community setting. You'll work closely with individuals to encourage their participation in enriching activities and social programs, fostering independence and personal growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each individual.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to create a holistic support system.
  • Provide compassionate personal care and administer medication as required.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where individuals feel valued and empowered.

About You

We seek a dedicated individual with an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification and hands-on experience working with adults who have physical, mental health, or behavioral needs. You'll possess a genuine passion for supporting individuals with diverse abilities and a commitment to their well-being.
