About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Day Services Coordinator to join our Adult Social Care team at Gloucestershire County Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with physical, mental health, or behavioural needs to lead fulfilling and dignified lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in social and creative activities to enhance their independence.
  • Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments to meet the personal care and day-to-day needs of service users.
  • Work closely with management, parents, carers, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
  • Provide personal care and administer medication as required.
  • Contribute to the development of our service, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the lives of our service users.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of people with a range of abilities. You will have hands-on experience working with individuals with physical, mental health, or behavioural needs, and a passion for providing high-quality care and support.
