Job Title: Customer Services Account Coordinator

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Services Account Coordinator to join our team at Ecotricity. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving performance across departmental, regulatory, and contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Energy Experts to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Drive performance across departmental, regulatory, and contractual agreements
  • Work closely with the existing Team Leaders to improve processes and reduce cost to serve
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce complaints and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding, Sales, and Strategic teams to improve customer relationships and service
  • Produce regular reports to agreed timescales and complete any other reporting or monitoring of workload as requested
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in people management and client or 3rd Party management
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to utilize a range of management techniques to get the best out of your team
  • Open, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
  • Creative and innovative thinking
  • Ability to work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaints
