Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of Energy Experts to deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive performance across departmental, regulatory, and contractual agreements
- Work closely with the existing Team Leaders to improve processes and reduce cost to serve
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce complaints and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Onboarding, Sales, and Strategic teams to improve customer relationships and service
- Produce regular reports to agreed timescales and complete any other reporting or monitoring of workload as requested
- Proven experience in people management and client or 3rd Party management
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to utilise a range of management techniques to get the best out of your team

- Ability to work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaints
