Job Title: HR Business Partner

Jungle Creations is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving the HR agenda and providing strategic support to our business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partner: Support the HR Director and COFO in driving alignment between HR strategy and business goals, identifying gaps and recommending changes to improve employee experience and reduce business risk.
  • Employee Relations: Provide practical and effective HR solutions on employee-related issues in line with employment law and Company policies. Manage complex employee relations casework, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, and absences.
  • Benchmarking: Support the HR Director and COFO in annual benchmarking exercises to ensure the business remains competitive and supports a reduction in turnover.
  • Policy: Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
  • Reward & Benefits: Provide advice on current and existing benefits for employees. Evaluate current benefits and source future benefits to support employee engagement and business growth.
  • Metrics: Work with the HR team to analyze metrics on turnover, retention rates, and attendance information for the relevant business units.
  • Training: Lead and facilitate management training sessions, act as a coach to increase management effectiveness and confidence.
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualified HR professional with prior HR Business Partner generalist experience.
  • Track record of efficiently and cost-effectively supporting senior managers and staff in day-to-day HR matters, including facilitating people management best practice, employee well-being, and maintaining a positive working and employee culture.
  • Successful experience in change and conflict management.
Expectations:
  • Good understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines, with excellent time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a 'can-do' approach, able to work independently, but also as an effective and collaborative team member.
