UK Sales and Business Growth Executive

This is a remote-based role, requiring the ability to work independently and plan your own diary effectively.
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts, primarily within the water industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the engineering sector, with a proven track record in B2B field sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive business growth and expansion
- Manage a portfolio of clients across the UK, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports, using data to inform business decisions
- 3+ years' experience in B2B field sales, preferably with pumps or rotating equipment
- Strong engineering knowledge (mechanical and electrical)
- Solution based selling skills, brilliant time management and strong negotiation skills
- A clean and valid driver's license, with a hunter mentality and strong presentation skills
- Basic salary - up to £60k per annum
- Car allowance - £6500 per year
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- 4% pension contribution

- Death in service benefit, with a 30pm finish on Fridays
