Job Summary

You will serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and external partners. This role requires exceptional communication and administrative skills to handle diverse interactions and maintain composure in challenging situations. The successful candidate will be based at our head office in Ramsgate and work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advertising job openings online and collaborating with colleagues on the recruitment process.
  • Updating internal databases, including records of sick leave and holiday leave.
  • Preparing and revising HR documents, such as employment contracts.
  • Responding to phone calls and emails to communicate with external partners.
  • Providing basic guidance on company policies and procedures to staff and management.
  • Experience in a HR work environment, particularly in disciplinary and grievance matters, is highly valued.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, is required.
