We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at New Appointments Group. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance on employment law, HR policies, and procedures to employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievances, and sickness absence management.
- Provide up-to-date advice on employment law and HR policies to employees and managers.
- Handle the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Manage and update in-house systems, including sickness absence, holiday, contracts, and employee changes.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Maintain effective working relationships with staff, managers, and external partners.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent desirable.
- Experience in a HR work environment with excellent knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
- Confidentiality of company information to be adhered to at all times.
- Excellent communication and administration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good ethical judgment.
Benefits:
- Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays.
