Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Trapeze Recruitment Services Ltd. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR-related tasks and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate HR-related activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Manage employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to advertise job vacancies and coordinate interviews.
  • Prepare and amend HR documents, such as contracts and offer letters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee leave, including sick leave and holiday leave.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an HR role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
