We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Support Administrator to join our team. As an Insurance Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily diaries efficiently, ensuring all appointments and tasks are organized and prioritized.
  • Handle mid-term changes to policies accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct incoming and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries, policy updates, and claims processing.
  • Process renewal documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
  • Manage office filing systems and post-renewal documentation for easy access and retrieval.
  • Utilize experience in the insurance industry to provide knowledgeable support and guidance to clients and team members.
  • Demonstrate a hard-working attitude and proactive approach to tasks, showing initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Generate presentations and fact finders to support client meetings and policy discussions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in diary management, policy changes, calling procedures, document processing, and office organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy documentation and client information.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
