Advocate in Mental Capacity and Welfare Cases

We are seeking an experienced Court of Protection Lawyer to join our team in the Midlands. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for advising individuals, families, carers, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals on a range of issues related to catastrophic personal injury cases. Your expertise in Court of Protection matters, including Deprivation of Liberty cases, will enable you to make a significant impact in this role.
To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of complex mental capacity and welfare cases, as well as a strong ability to analyze and interpret relevant laws and regulations. A proven track record of providing exceptional client service and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues and clients is also essential.
