**Job Title:** Dispute Resolution Officer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Officer to join our team at KENECT RECRUITMENT LTD. As a Dispute Resolution Officer, you will be responsible for resolving customer disputes in a fair and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Tasks: Responsible for the administrative tasks related to the receipt of application forms for new customers, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and processed efficiently.
  2. Waiting List System: Ensure the waiting list system is operating effectively, with regular communications to customers to keep them informed of their status.
  3. Client Visits: Conduct visits to clients' homes to assess their needs and provide personalized support.
  4. Alarm Unit Installation: Install dispersed alarm units and associated products in clients' properties, ensuring that they are properly configured and tested.
  5. Programming and Testing: Program and reprogram dispersed alarm units, including first dial buttons, and test the units to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  6. Equipment Maintenance: Replace pendants and batteries, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  7. Test Calls and Voice Checks: Conduct regular test calls and voice checks to ensure that the control centre system is functioning correctly.
  8. Stock Control: Collect and return stock to the control centre stock holding office, and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
  9. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that company vehicles are fuelled and valeted regularly, and that all equipment is properly maintained.
  10. Driver Vehicle Log Sheets: Complete driver vehicle log sheets to record vehicle usage and maintenance.
  11. Customer Education: Provide clients with comprehensive explanations of the function of dispersed alarm units and associated products, and explain the action that will be taken by the control centre operator on receipt of a call.
  12. Service Promotion: Assist in the promotion of the Telecare Cardiff Service at exhibitions, demonstrations, and presentations to interested parties.
