As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and follow up on customer quotations
  • Take ownership of customer queries to ensure successful resolutions to problems
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Keep track of back orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Support the operational team with spare parts conversion and customer supply chain consolidation
  • Provide basic technical support across product groups (technical training will be provided)
