Job Summary
Venn Group is seeking a dedicated Housing Officer to join our team in a leading housing association. As a Scheme Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable individuals and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general building management and day-to-day delivery of localized service contracts for leasehold and rented schemes.
- Routinely carry out health and safety, fire safety, and warden call system checks to ensure a safe environment for residents.
- Deliver excellent customer service, including response and resolution of customer feedback and complaints, to maintain a positive reputation for Venn Group.
- Initiate tenancy terminations, complete strengths-based assessments and risk assessments, assessment visits for prospective leaseholders, sign-ups, and customer induction for all new customers.
- Signpost and facilitate communication between other Stonewater departments and customers on issues such as rent, repairs, housing, aids & adaptations, and neighbor disputes.
Requirements
- Full UK Driver's License
- Enhanced DBS
- Relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of housing management and customer service principles.
