Job Title: Retirement Living Scheme Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retirement Living Scheme Coordinator to join our team at Venn Group. As a key member of our Housing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement living schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general building management and day-to-day delivery of localised service contracts for leasehold and rented schemes.
  • Routinely carry out health and safety, fire safety, and warden call system checks.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, including response and resolution of customer feedback and complaints.
  • Initiate tenancy terminations, complete strengths-based assessments and risk assessments, assessment visits for prospective leaseholders, sign-ups, and customer induction for all new customers.
  • Signpost and facilitate communication between other Stonewater departments and customers on issues such as rent, repairs, housing, aids & adaptations, and neighbour disputes.
Requirements:
  • Full UK Driver's License
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
