Construction Estimator/Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at i2i Recruitment. In this position, you will be responsible for taking on projects at varying stages, from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects from inception to completion, including traditional PQS duties and Contract Administration.
  • Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Providing expert advice on PQS matters, including contract administration and dispute resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong background in PQS and Contract Administration.
  • Knowledge of JCT contracts and experience with Pre & Post Contract Duties.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Relevant Quantity Surveying Degree.
