Job Title: Human Resources Business Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Analyst to join our team at Stobart. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing reporting and analytics for the People function using data from our HR systems. You will work closely with the HR and IT teams to identify HR system improvements and collaborate with HR Business Partners to interpret and analyze data trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reporting and analytics for the People function using data from our HR systems.
- Work in partnership with HR and IT teams to identify HR system improvements.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to interpret and analyze data trends.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver the monthly reporting schedule.
- Produce and interpret large volumes of data with the ability to identify trends and variances.
- Make recommendations that drive efficiency and deliver improvements into the HR service offering.
- Understand and adhere to internal processes while striving for continuous improvement.
- Understand, interpret, and provide feedback and suggestions on MI requests.
- Be flexible and able to respond quickly to requests for MI support.
- Process organizational structure changes in the selected HR system.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant policies and procedures to undertake departmental work.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports which are suitable for a range of audiences.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of using i-trent.
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel with a focus on complex formulae, data analysis, and VBA.
- HR system and SAP Success Factors System is highly desirable.
- Experience and understanding of other HR systems, including Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management, and Learning and Development is desirable.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy while working to deadlines is a requirement for the role.
- The ability to work autonomously, as well as within the wider HR team.
- Excellent communication skills, being confident in managing relationships at all levels.
