Key Responsibilities

As a CRM Business Analyst, your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Reseller Behavior Analysis

Analyze reseller behavior and preferences by examining demographics, purchasing trends, product usage data, spending habits, loyalty metrics, and other relevant factors.

Portal Management Assistance

Assist the CRM Operations Manager in maintaining the portal by uploading content and providing close support to the European subsidiary to ensure portal activity.

Partner Portal Optimization

Enhance the partner portal by evaluating user interactions and generating regular reports for team review, facilitating collaborative efforts to enhance portal functionality and user experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Good understanding of CRM systems and management skills, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong database management skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel
  • Ability to problem solve and ownership of a project
  • Ability to work well in groups
  • Ability to multitask
