- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience of client interaction face to face and via telephone, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively to meet deadlines, with a focus on prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects.
- IT literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on using technology to drive sales growth and efficiency.
