**Responsibilities**
- Make Outbound calls to new and existing customers offering product sales and services
- Deliver a world class service to ensure repeat sales by following our successful sales process
- Maximise every sales opportunity through direct sales, cross selling and up selling
- Attend regular sales and product meetings to help maximise earning potential
- Provide value for money to our client by exceeding KPI targets
- Build long term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Prospecting and working your own leads
- Building a strong and successful sales pipeline across multiple campaigns

**Full Time - Monday - Friday 09:30 - 18:00**
- 1:2:1's and training
- Wednesday's team days
- If performance or productivity need attention
- You choose to come into the office for socialisation

**Location**

Our offices are in Romsey near Southampton.

**All equipment provided by us if not working in the office**

You will be required to have good broadband connection and a suitable quiet place to work.

**Pay**
- **Full time**:Starting salary of £23,836 plus uncapped commission OTE £29,500 - £36,500
- Progression to next pay scales available

Pay: Up to £36,500.00 per year
