Our client, a team of highly acclaimed engineers specialising in renewable energy solutions for homes and businesses, is seeking someone like you to join their team as a Renewable Energy Customer Advisor.

**Your Role**:
As a Renewable Energy Customer Advisor, you'll be at the heart of maintaining positive relationships with new and existing customers. Here's a look at what you'll be doing:

- Creating and sending customer proposals and contracts with a diligent touch.
- Collaborating with surveyors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Conducting heat loss calculations promptly and accurately - full training will be provided
- Stepping up to various tasks as needed, from calculations to sales calls, to keep the team running smoothly.

**Who You Are**:

- A natural at building connections, both with customers and colleagues, as teamwork is the foundation.
- Possess a keen eye for detail, catching subtleties that others might overlook.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot/Salesforce, is a plus.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Organised and methodical in your approach to tasks.
- No prior renewable energy experience required - just bring your willingness to learn and a can-do attitude, as full training will be provided.

**The Package**:

- Up to £25,000 per annum + a potential bonus of up to £5,000.
- 22 Days holiday + Bank Holidays (with increases each year, up to 30 days max).

This is a full-time, office-based position, Monday to Friday.

**Start Date**: As soon as possible. The interview process is one stage where possible and you will meet with your Line Manager and Managing Director.

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
