HR Support Specialist

As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process and onboarding new staff members. This includes maintaining accurate personnel records, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality policies, and assisting with employment laws and regulations.
You will provide administrative support for staff development, including scheduling training sessions, tracking certifications, and aiding performance appraisals. Additionally, you will assist with payroll processing, monitor attendance, and leave records.
This role requires previous experience in an HR or administrative capacity, preferably within an educational setting. A strong understanding of employment legislation, safeguarding policies, and regulations related to working in schools is also essential.
Expected Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
