Tank Farm Team Leader

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a seasoned leader to join our team at Nine Twenty. As a Tank Farm Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing plant, ensuring that all activities are carried out in line with relevant site and regulatory health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate a team of coordinators and team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all compliance documentation is up-to-date and accurate, and that all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Dispatch and Logistics: Oversee the dispatch of products to internal and external customers, ensuring that all requirements are met and that products are delivered on time and in full.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth and development.

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled leader who can drive our team forward and contribute to the continued success of Nine Twenty. If you have a strong background in chemical or mechanical engineering and experience of leading teams in technical process manufacture environments, we would love to hear from you.
