Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Execute operational plans in line with company objectives, ensuring alignment with business unit goals.
- Budget Management: Manage tank farm budgets, including variable and fixed costs, to maximize functional benefit.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant H&S, Environmental, and Customs legislation, maintaining a strong interface with regulatory bodies.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, developing individuals to achieve their full potential and aligning with company values.
- Process Improvement: Implement best practice processes and procedures, maximizing effectiveness and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement.
- Performance Metrics: Manage key performance metrics, including compliance, quality, and volume/cost management, to ensure delivery of key results.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to set objectives, performance manage a team, and develop individuals.
- Technical Operations: Experience in technical operations, with knowledge of relevant areas of H&S legislation, HMRC compliance, and continuous improvement.
