We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our management team as a Tank Farm Team Leader. The successful candidate will have experience of managing technical operations in complex manufacturing plants and will be responsible for overseeing various areas within our plant in terms of leadership, compliance, improvements, projects, and budgetary management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all operational activities are carried out in line with relevant site and regulatory health and safety regulations.
  2. Develop a positive safety culture where coordinators and team members proactively identify and address non-conforming processes or actions.
  3. Ensure the completion of all compliance documentation associated with each function and associated regulatory bodies.
  4. Ensure dispatches are completed On Time In Full to order requirements with emphasis on quality adherence throughout dispatch.
  5. Identify and deliver operational improvements and construct business cases for Capital Investment as necessary.
  6. Engage with local team to identify challenges and create opportunities for development.
  7. Create opportunities for personal and professional development of team members.
  8. Ensure close control of underperforming team members and manage accordingly.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Chemical or Mechanical engineering and experience of leading teams in technical process manufacture environments.
