Job Summary

To ensure the professional and effective running of the day-to-day Rooms Operation at Turnberry Resort, Scotland, in accordance with all Service Standards and in line with Trump Hotels Policies and Procedures.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as Manager on Duty and assist with guest complaints and security issues as required.
  • Ensure all services offered Front of House are available and carried out with efficiency and courtesy to brand standards.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of the Front of House, ensuring prompt, efficient, and courteous interactions.
  • Liaise closely with all departments regarding servicing and handling of incoming groups and VIPs.
  • Coordinate and supervise the operational activities of the Front of House Ambassadors.
  • Handle all billing inquiries at the desk and maintain your own float.
  • Ensure awareness of all Luxury Collection & Trump Hotels standards and adherence to them at all times.
