Job Title: Assistant Head Housekeeper

Join our team at Turnberry Resort, Scotland, and take on the exciting role of Assistant Head Housekeeper. As a key member of our Housekeeping and Laundry Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our luxury hotel and villas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the quality of work produced in all areas of Housekeeping and Laundry Department, including guest rooms and public areas.
  2. Represent the Housekeeping department at morning operational meetings, ensuring full knowledge of VIP arrivals and guest complaints.
  3. Facilitate guest requests in a prompt manner, via our internal systems and Front Office.
  4. Adhere to all Forbes and Trump brand standards, and take full responsibility for implementing any changes to standards.
  5. Work towards achieving audit targets/scores for hygiene and cleanliness for the whole resort, including Medallia, Forbes, and Clifton.
  6. Supervise, train, coach, and counsel staff.
  7. Undertake administration tasks, including monthly stocktakes of guest supplies/amenities.
