Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Operational Planning: Develop and execute operational plans in line with company objectives, ensuring alignment with business unit goals.

  • Process Improvement: Implement best practice processes and procedures to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Project Management: Lead and support improvement projects, ensuring ownership and knowledge transfer is effective post-project implementation.
  • Planning and Resource Management: Develop a robust planning process to support improved operating costs and efficient resource management.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead, motivate, and develop the team in line with company values, maximizing employee engagement and promoting a diverse and inclusive culture.
  • Key Performance Metrics: Manage key performance metrics, including compliance, quality, volume/cost management, and continual improvement.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to set objectives, performance manage a team, and develop individuals to achieve their full potential.
  • Technical Operations: Experience in technical operations, with knowledge and experience in relevant areas of H&S legislation, HMRC compliance, continuous improvement, and best practice initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Experience of managing multiple cost centre budgets.
  • Process Infrastructure: Knowledge of process infrastructure.
