Key Responsibilities- Drive sales performance across multiple sites, meeting or exceeding targets
- Collaborate with Sales Managers, Head of Sales and Marketing on budgets, land valuations, and marketing strategies
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our range of properties
- Provide sales support and guidance to Sales Advisors, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to achieve their targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Work closely with the development team to ensure sales strategies align with business objectives
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the new homes market
- Strong knowledge of the Kent and Essex area, with a deep understanding of the local market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
- Good IT skills, with experience of reporting and analytics tools
