Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Macgregor Cavendish (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for exceeding new business targets, building strong relationships with customers, and developing market sector development plans within your designated catchment area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceeding new business targets through effective sales strategies and relationship building
- Developing and implementing market sector development plans to drive business growth
- Identifying and qualifying customer opportunities for new product sales
- Developing and broadening relationships with existing customers to maximize sales penetration
- Defining target lists of customer prospects based on clearly defined criteria
Requirements:
- Extensive experience within the delivery, parcels, or logistics sector
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, networking, and campaign management
- Detailed understanding of sales processes and demonstration of world-class sales rigor, hunger, and determination
- Proven sales ability with a track record of exceeding new business targets
- Excellent presentation skills
- Problem-solving abilities and the ability to facilitate discussions
